I've been there Too.

After graduating college, and leaving sports behind, my lifestyle drastically changed. I went from running 5-6 miles daily and weightlifting, to sitting at a desk from 8-5, only moving a few times a day. Not only did my physical health decline, gaining 20 pounds, but more importantly my mental health took an even bigger dive. Anxiety, addiction, and depression were at an all time high and for the first time in my life I didn’t recognize myself when I looked in the mirror. Determined to turn things around, I started taking one baby step at a time to rebuild the fitness arsenal I have today. For me, it started with food, and once I gained energy, I found movement that actually refreshed my body, instead of tearing it down. I haven’t reached where I want to be yet, not even close, but the one thing I’m mastering is consistency, which has led to confidence that I will keep showing up for myself and for others, no matter what.
